32 to 64bit VST host.

1. Installed JBridge. It resides in my Programs Folder. I watched the video. I tried to install a 64bit VST Nectar2 plugin in both BIAB and RB but I still get the same 'won't work' message as before, that is, pre-2015 BB/RB.
2. JBridge (Run 32-bit VST plug-ins in 64-bit hosts) jBridge is an application designed for bridging VST plug-ins in Windows (up to the 2.4 VST specification). Using inter-process communication mechanisms, it aims to make it possible to run 32-bit plug-ins in 64-bit hosts, or even bridging 32-bit plug-ins to 32-bit hosts, allowing you to overcome the memory limitations of a single 32-bit process.

Bitsonic applications run on 32 bit and 64bit music maker/composer programs, but maybe you need a solution to run a 32bit VST on your 64bit DAW. jBridge is a great solution for them to run on 64 bit systems without any issue. All you have to do is to download the Jbridge application, and install it in 3 minutes.

What is the 1 stock plugin you couldn’t live without and why? I’ll start - Auto filter, it’s super practical, I use it to tame down sounds instead of just reducing volume, it’s also great for fattening sounds cause it got all the brilliant filter modules built in to it.

2, Install the application

3, Find the jBridger.exe application in the Program Files/jBridge folder.

4, Run as Administrator

5, Select „I’ll be using x64 (64bit) host. A new window should appear.

6. Select the „Thorough file analysis”, „Replace sub-directory structure” and „Create bridging files for 32 bit plugins” options.

7. Select the „Don’t add 32/64, names in destination folder” option at the bottom, then click „Create bridging files inside a directory I'll specifly -> Highly recommended”

8. The program will ask you the destination folder for 32 bit softwares. Find, and select the folder.

9. Appoint a 64 bit folder as well.

10. The system will find the 32 bit VST plugins. When finished a window will appear.

11. Click OK.

12, Now all that’s left is for you to run DAW as administrator.

From that point on, you will be able to use any 32bit applications on 64 bit DAW as well.
